The EZVIZ C1C camera is a kind of less loftily designed budget model camera that delivers customizable motion detection, easy operation, full HD video, and plenty of storage. UnikCCTV provides varieties of security camera systems to serve different offices, apartments, and other security requirements.
Design
With a disk-shaped head on a stand-mounted stem, the C1C harkens back to the first Wi-Fi security cameras. Its dimensions are 3.5 x 5 x 5 inches, making it easy to tuck away among other knickknacks on a table or shelf.
Despite its retro style, it includes all of the standard features of current security cameras, such as 1080p resolution, motion detection with activity zones, security camera night vision, and two-way audio. You may even record event-detected video locally to a microSD card (up to 256GB, card not supplied) or to an EZVIZ NVR (network video recorder).
With an EZVIZ CloudPlay membership, you can also save your video offsite, which is a good alternative for backing up any crime video evidence.
Setup and Performance
If you’ve ever used an EZVIZ camera, you may be aware that connecting them to Wifi has always been a simple and easy task and that has continued even till now. After the installation and plugging in to the security camera, sign in to your EZVIZ account on the companion app, scan a QR code on the camera, log in to my network and enter the verification code in the app. The whole procedure will not take more than two to three minutes.
The EZVIZ app continues to be a very user-friendly tool. The live feed from the camera is visible at the top of the main screen, with two toolbars beneath it for manipulating the feed and the camera. The screen's bottom half is taken up with video clips and recording history.
The video quality on the C1C is amazing. Despite the 130-degree wide-angle lens, the image is clear with no distortion, and the colours are realistic and vivid. The default image settings are excellent as well; however, you may adjust the colour saturation using a few presets in the Settings menu. There's also a backlight option, which allows you to tap overexposed areas of the image to reveal more detail when active.
The camera's motion detection must be turned on in the settings. Unless you select a notification schedule, you'll receive notifications all the time. You can, however, lower the detection sensitivity using a slider and define motion detection areas to reduce the frequency of warnings. This is accomplished by painting a grid across the camera image to mask areas that may cause an alarm.
In low light, the camera switches to night vision mode, delivering up to 40 feet of illumination. The image had enough contrast and detail to recognize facial features and other traits even in black and white.
A Messages option on the app's devices page allows you to access locally recorded video clips. These two are logged in chronological order, and you can save them to your phone while you're viewing them. Buy the best security system at UnikCCTV now!
